Calling all singers! We welcome new singers to join us for the 2010-2011 season.   If you are interested in having your child audition, please note that the auditions will be offered on Tuesday, September 7 from 4:30-6:00 PM at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Brooklyn Park.  To request an audition, please complete our online application form, available here.   If you prefer paper, a printable application form for the audition is available here.

Auditions take about 20 minutes, and consist of the following elements:

• Echo clap varied rhythm patterns
• Brief vocal warmup
• Perform “This Land is Your Land” in the key of G major.  Words to the song are at the bottom of the page.
• Perform exercises to assess pitch matching, range, and ability to sing in harmony
• Display stage presence
• Read aloud a short poem or paragraph provided by the directors
